My name is Amy and my husband and I used to run a baking business called Nourishing Indulgence in the King Country selling raw sweet treats to cafes, and gift boxes and raw cakes to individuals and businesses. I started doing this ‘baking’ as my breastfed baby girl was intolerant to dairy and I have a huge sweet tooth! Since then I still love to try and eat natural, healthier foods as close to nature as possible.
After making a move to Papamoa in the Bay of Plenty and having another baby, I have put the wholesale baking on hold and have had lots of fun getting creative with my raw food baking.
